For sale, one 1983 Powermatic FCS 715 overarm/pin router in good, original condition. 230V, 5HP, 3PH. Two speeds- 10,000 and 20,000 rpms. Comes with everything shown in the pics, no tooling. Collets are 1/4”, 3/8”, and 1/2”.
This was made by and Italian manufacturer for Powermatic, I think it was SCM, but it might have been made by one of the other quality Italian makes of the era. The bulk of the machine, including the table is very heavily constructed, primarily from steel weldments. Approximate dimensions are 42” wide, 60” deep and 72” tall. The table is 35-1/2” x 31-1/2”. It weighs about 1500 lbs, and is currently sitting on temporary blocks. This machine is located in a commercial building with a loading dock. I will re-block or palletize for the buyer. If someone wants this crated I will crate this for an additional charge. This can be picked up or shipped at the buyers expense from Rochester NY.
