Specifications: 1st & 2nd Orbital Heads: Each orbital head with (2) 5" wide platens, each platen features a "dual action" head with a high-speed orbit and combined back-and-forth oscillation to remove abrasive belt cross-grain scratches.
1st Head: 7.5 HP 230/460V 3PH motor.
2nd Head: Oscillating platen 7.5HP, 330/460V, 3Ph "Quick change" system for abrasive material
- Conveyor belt feed with Ruff-Tex conveyor belt, variable hydraulic feed speed from 5 - 20 FPM, vacuum bed assembly, infeed & outfeed holddown pinch rollers on all heads.
- 0" - 6" Motorized part thickness opening with mechanical digital readout, constant pass line of conveyor feed bed assembly, motor load meters on sanding heads
