Pneumatic foot pedal control for rising and lowering trimming units
top and bottom trimmer manufactured by Fletcher is designed for for top and bottom edgeband trimming with a 1/2" to 2-1/4" panel height capacity
Technical Specifications:
• (2).7 HP 12 000 RPM motors
• Trimming units are mounted on lineal bearings
• 3 mm maximum strip thickness
• 3 mm (1/8") maximum banding overhang on top and bottom of panel
• Inverter controlled
• Pneumatic cylinder with food pedal for raising and lowering of the upper trimming unit
• 32" x 48" phenolic covered table
• Electrical requirements: 6.4 amps on 220 volt
