This is my Felder K500 Sliding Table saw. I am the second owner.
This is a 4hp 240v single phase machine with manual scoring and dado capability.
2050mm (81") x-Roll sliding table ..
Removable outrigger with support arm
Crosscut fence with1770mm (70") main fence and extension to 2580mm (101")
This machine is still sold and would be approx $8k new plus shipping.
I did a full restoration of this machine with all original Felder parts documented on YouTube.
This included:
Getting the front cover and tables re-powder coated
Replaced the tilting mechanism
New tilt and lift hand wheels
New belts
New Starting capacitors
New blade guard
New dust collection cabinet hose
Replace the main cable wiring
Replaced missing rear door
Leaned the machine inside and out
Lubricated and adjusted the x-Roll slider
Fixed the slider locking mechanism
Adjusted all aspects of the saw for square
I have about 40 hours into the restoration.
The saw runs flawlessly and is under power now. The rise fall and tilt of the blade operate as smooth as butter.
The motor is strong and cuts 8/4 maple with ease.
The sale includes:
2 300mm Tenryu blades, 1 rip and 1 crosscut
1 10" plywood blade - could use sharpening
extra blade guard
belt for scoring blade
Extra arbor nut
22mm wrench and allen key for blade changes
extra set of starting capacitors.
