As long as your shaper spindle can handle 3.5’’ of tooling you can use the Uno2 kit. From 3/4’’ to 1.25’’ spindles and larger. You can cope and stick at the same time with our groundbreaking new kits. Don’t be fooled this is real and yes you can add it to your existing machinery.. You can now produce doors faster than $100,000.00 CNC machinery on the market for a fraction of the cost. With this new kit full of amazing innovation and engineering you can produce cabinet doors more accurately with barely any setup. Either use your existing 4’’ cope and stick set which should work or buy our brand new kits with tons of geometries and profiles to choose from.

Kit includes:

-32’’x 46’’x 0.5’’ aluminum table.

-heavy duty linear sliding table 0.75’’ thick aluminum table with 10’’x 1.375’’ capacity. This can be changed in just a few minutes to a larger capacity of 2’’ and up to 5’’ but is not necessary for cabinet doors. It’s exactly what you saw in the most recent videos.

-Entire Uno2 patent pending system with fences, outboard fence and enough room to mount your feeder to the 0.5’’ aluminum table. If you let us know your make and model of feeder we will even pre bore that for you. Just let us know on the order form or give us a call. No you don’t need to mount your feeder to the top of the fence with this new kit!!! This kit will change the way you work and you will enjoy making doors again!

-Dust collection kit . Two custom 4’’ ports on either end of the machine that you can mount to go to the floor or ceiling. This patent pending kit can be used for either application.

-Outboard fence with locking knobs and a special indexing system bored directly into the aluminum table allow you to adjust your sizes up to 16’ and more without the use of clamps.

-Patent pending dust collection hood.

-Digital readout with kit for your machine. Specify your machine. If we don’t have a kit we will find a machine locally and develop one for you at no extra charge as we will need them for everyone else.

-Patent pending installation kit to simplify the install on your machine. Kit includes spacer, bushings for 0.75’’ and 1’’ spindles. ¼ 20 flat head bolts. ¼ 20 tap with drill bit . We will have a full instructional video of how to install the kit before it arrives to you.

-Installation manual with specs for adjustment and exactly how far to bush your cutters to never have to adjust your cutters manually again.

This technology and what it does for cabinet makers and the engineering with the overwhelming amount of time that it takes to create Uno 2 will not last at these prices. if you want a complete machine and not a kit simply choose from one of those other options!

The system is based off of 1/8” stock removal on both ends of the cope as well as 1/8” stock removal on the sticking. This allows use of the sliding table to stick very small parts simply by moving the spindle up to the correct position via supplied digital read out. An easy to install digital readout comes with every kit but you only need to use that if your using the same setup for your raised panels. You can do raised panels on the the same kit but you need to have a large capacity spindle with over 4’’ in tooling capacity. For instance a Powermatic PM 2700 works perfectly for this .

Uno two comes fixed to a half inch aluminum table. The table is approximately 32” x 46”. The table is 100% fitted and calibrated with our fences and all the tooling so all you need to do is slide it over the spindle, using our patent pending spacing system, and bolt it to the machine via pre drilled holes and bolts that are supplied. Once this is done you simply follow our instructions to bush your cutter or our cutters with the custom provided spacer then adjust the spindle to the height you want and go to work. You can set the profile to whatever depth you prefer and change tht on every job with no thinking. Both heads automatically adjust at the same time because we have done the work for you. I can’t explain what a joy it is to run this machine!

The shaper should be at least a 3hp machine with a 1’’ to 1.25’’ spindle to use all three operations. However a 3/4’’ with 3.5’’ of cutter capacity will work. You need to specify at the time of order what size spindle and height you have. If its large enough you can stack the panel back cutter and only have to move the head to use that, and it will adjust back into place via digital read out no tooling needs to be set up again.

Tooling with profiles and pricing from our catalog will be available to order by 3/12 to order. It wont cost much more than a standard set of insert tooling. We will have every standard profile and all custom profiles that fit within the geometry can be ordered upon request. That includes
