Description
This Mod-Eez Mortise window and bore machine CNC machine. This machine was made by Mod-eez to route for their different clips.
It is able to route all different clips as seen in the picture by changing the program on the machine.
Adjustable Stops on the left and right fence for positing.
Height is adjustable by hand wheel for different thickness parts.
Three pneumatic air drills - predrill pilot holes.
Perske High frequency motor, takes ER 32 collets, pneumatic hold down clamp to keep parts in place. A chip breaker moves with the bit to prevent tear out.
Machine runs excellent we purchased a different machine, so this is no longer needed.
Have pneumatic, electrical diagrams and manual.
VFD was recently replaced.
