This 2020 Rilesa Omnia 2200 Drilling Machine is showing 3,847 minutes of operation and a cycle time of 7.3 seconds, 8 parts a minute, and 480 parts an hour over that time period. Speed can be slightly faster or slower depending on the number of heads used and set up. We observed cycle times between 4.5 and 8.6 seconds. This Omnia is optioned with the “hopper feed with return”. It has a width capacity of 2,200 mm, a height from 10-40 mm, and a width from 20-250 mm. There are (5) 1.1 KW vertical heads, (4) 1.1 KW horizontal heads, and (2) 1.1 KW end heads. Includes (11) multi spindle drill heads. Additionally it has the “side displacement” option – which enables you to bore twice on the top heads, off setting the top heads an incremental amount on the second bore cycle. Made in Denmark.
