Description



This is a 2021 J&P Machines SCS180 CNC Slot/Groover Cutting Machine. It utilizes a 10 HP spindle with a 22″ blade with a 6mm kerf to cut slots/grooves into a “stack” of material up to 6″ high. Making a Cross Halving Joint for Interlocking Shelves one stack at a time. The blade is 6mm wide, BUT you can program the groove width. Meaning to get to 10mm you simply program the width in the PLC to 10mm and it will make (2) passes with the 6mm blade to get to 10mm. Alternatively you can buy different kerf blades. Comes with (7) 22″ blades. 67″ width capacity
