This Heavy-Duty Industrial Profile Sander is designed for High-Speed Sanding/Denibbing of Profiles, Mouldings, and Trim, and is currently hooked up and fully operational.
(5) Station machine, 7-7/8"" max. width & 3-1/8" thickness capacity.
(4) Disc type sanding spindles, each with 4 HP direct motor drive, 6" spindle length, tilting 0 - 90ø and adjustable up & down on dovetail slides, automatic wear compensation; (1) top mounted abrasive belt sanding unit, for 7-7/8" wide belts. 30 - 150 FPM variable feed speed with (3) small 6" wide x 20" long conveyor belts placed between the sanding heads, with a common feed drive; adjustable overhead holddown wheels between the heads.
All heads, wheels, and the feed belt are functioning as they should.
