Greco/Evans VP410-S Dual 4x10 Shuttle Thermoformer Press – Ultra Low Hours, Spare Bulbs & Extras
Selling a clean, exceptionally low-hour Greco (Evans Machinery design) VP410-S double-ended 3D membrane vacuum press. Excellent machine for 3D thermofoil doors/drawers, low-profile 3D laminating, shallow-radius curved components, or flat cold-press veneer and HPL panels using vacuum pressure. Evans Machinery acquired the Greco line, ensuring full ongoing parts availability and factory support.
Machine History & Low-Hour Provenance:
This unit was originally purchased by a shop that closed within its first 1–2 years, and I have been the second owner for the last 18 years. We operated primarily as a custom closet manufacturer, where 90%+ of production consisted of flat melamine panels. Thermofoil processing was reserved strictly for occasional decorative Shaker/raised-panel drawer fronts or small door sets (typically 1–2 tray loads per project, running less than once a month on average).
Unlike presses coming out of high-production kitchen cabinet door plants that ran multi-shift production daily, this machine has extremely low operating hours on the Busch vacuum pump, heating elements, PLC relays, and shuttle mechanisms.
Reason for Sale:
Our shop focus has transitioned entirely into commercial High-Pressure Laminate (HPL) casework, retail displays, and custom fixtures. Furthermore, our current facility lacks a permitted spray booth setup for 3DL adhesive prep. The machine is simply occupying high-value floor space that we need to clear for our laser and metalworking expansion.
