This equipment collects strips/profiles coming from a Painting Line and stacks them up automatically on suitable Racks for drying.
Machine structure built with electro-welded and painted steel with some aluminum profiles parts.
On the base of the machine are the columns of the balance devices, as well as the roller way where profiles are fed into the Stacker.
Side of the roller way built with aluminum profiles having PVC-covered cantilever rollers with different pitch.
Rollers are driven by an electric motor controlled by an Inverter.
Lifting balance devices are driven by chains with top system for profiles, movement is mechanically synchronized.
The machine has (3) Cantilever arms, supported by cross parts & plates sliding on nylon wheels, driven by (3) vertical aluminum profiles.
The cantilever arms, which place the profiles on the rack arms, have (3) driven V-belts which are covered with soft polyurethane and have different speeds controlled by an Inverter.
