Router head, air cooled 17.5 HP spindle motor with static inverter frequency changer, infinitely variable speed of 1,200 to 18,000 RPM, accepts "HSK 63F" spindle chuck with 1" collets, features C-axis with 360° rotation, rotates at a max. speed of 90ø/Sec, B-axis + or - 110°
(1) 16-Position ATC tool changer, "HSK 63F" for tool holders with tooling and aggregates,(includes 2 90° tools each with 2-spindle that are opposed) 300 mm tool dia. and 12 Lbs max. tool weight, mounted on a traveling gantry for an "on-the-fly" tool change.
Drilling unit: with 17-spindles 9-vertical + 8-horizontal @ 32 mm center distance. Additionally includes (1) drill unit for the underside of the machine. RENISHAW probe for X-Y-Z of the tools in the tool holder & parts location from zero.
