Company Name: Closet RenovationsWe Had just purchased som new couces for the living room, and decided it was time for some new tables as well. This is what I came up with, White Maple with an oil stain I mixed. These pics were taken 2 hours after applying stain. I didnt want the boring one direction grain that everyone else has ,so I assembled four panels (2'x2') out of 3/4" maple mdf and built it up with 1/4" to make it a little thicker (1"), and edged it with 1/4" maple hardwood. Legs are solid white maple 3x3x17. Overall size is 4'x4' top.

Nice table, love the design. Reminds me of Stickley.
What method did you use to assemble the panels for the top?

I used buiscuits to join the panels to each other. On the underside I Ran some 3/4" slats across the lengts of the joints to give it some stability.
