Kelly - thanks for noticing the pulls. Yes I do try to stay away from store-bought pulls. I like making the pulls and coming up with different ideas for them; also, using store bought pulls would necessitate planning ahead which isn't my strong suit! But seriously, most of my customers seem to be fine with letting me come up with something.
