Who can doubt that Nakashima influenced this piece? I love the concept of 'hidden in plain sight' so all the butterflies are walnut. My addiction to dovetails is quite obvious. I execute quite a few pieces with dovetailed legs. Simple, understated, elegant. This entire piece is urban timber. Tung oil and dull lacquer.
