This is the first kitchen I have built. Actually the only kitchen so far. I really like it. Alder wood with maple mel. boxes. Pullout trash and cutting board. Everything except for milling the crown molding, done by me.

nice job! good job on the arched panel above the sink.
Very nice job. I wouldn't have guessed in a million years it was your first kitchen. Looks like you've been in business for years. Well done.
Thanks for your comments. If I had it to do again, I probably wouldn't change anything, which I don't know that I have ever said after a project. I really like it and appreciate your feed back.
I like everything but the door handles this type was designed to be used on slab or shaker modern look kitchens and to me look out of place on this traditional kitchen.
We had a really tough time deciding on hardware. Two factors made the decision: 1 matched stainless appliances, 2 drawer panels were very narrow which left little room for pulls if we centered them which I wanted to do. We looked at a lot of different hardware and finally bit the bullet and made a decision. I am ok with the decision, but it tough to get there. Thanks for your input. I a building our office/livingroom right now which will look similar (stain, glaze) and would appreciate a recomendation for hardware if you have one. Thanks,
Peter
