I just did a something close to this pattern on a hutch I am building. I had to also use a buddy that is blacksmith to build a right and left wood chisel so I can do both sides of the pattern. I did about 10 linear feet of it in Cherry. Fun once I got the hang of it. Never thought to use a detail like you did where the pattern joins. Nice job.

Nice work. I am also carving something like this pattern but on an edge of a huge desk.
