This is beautiful. How do you dry burl so it doesn't split?
The burl is coated with anchorseal on both sides and is burned off at the end of the drying cycle in the kiln...approx. 125-130 degrees.
I have some Oregon big leaf maple, burl table tops and fiddleback, quilted. I can email pics.
