Assembled one of the three yesterday and it was a bit manic.
Tops are shapped to pattern and here I mold the edge with an undercut curve. Grind the knives myself held in a swiss head with ball race copy collar above it.
Solid ash mitred around the veneered top and shapped next day. Sides are assembled already to let me design the shape of the top...designing as I go!
Ash veneer cramped on with curved 2 by 3''s to double thickness ply with urea glue. Overnight set...would love a heated press!
