Maple Kitchen In The Works

i like the layout and use of different planes to add depth to the kitchen. what is the finish? it looks like a dull milk paint type color.

Nice work but I too am interested on the finish. I would never feel comfortable sending so much unfinished/sealed/primed/stained woodwork to a jobsite/house for any extended period of time. Not to mention not at least getting a coat on the raised panels prior to assembly.
