Finished door in the spray-booth...
I used 1" pins and glue to secure the ellipses to the door.
The doors are slab doors with a simple out side detail. Here I''''m using a shop made router table to cut the V grooves
The chamfer bit I had wasn''''t as big as it should have been, leaving a little crown on the top. I used the edge sander to bring the angle up to a peak...
After I had them all shaped, I swapped out the straight bit for a 45 degree chamfer...
I had to make 24 of them, I made a few extra just in case...well ya never know.
At first I tried to using the bandsaw and the edgesander, but in the end this turned out to be insanity. Once again then tambour arm saves the day...
