Entertainment center/TV Stand made with Patented Sing Honeycomb panels
TV Stand/entertainment center - Start with 4 pieces of Patented Sing Honeycomb panel joined together with pocket screws to form the rectangular carcass. The slides are pre-installed on both sides of the upright panels.
Assemble the Patented Sing Honeycomb drawers by fastening each corner of the drawers with screws. No glue needed. This is the easiest way to build the strongest lightweight drawer. The slides are also attached to the drawer side
Install drawers by aligning the slides attached to the drawer to the slide on the carcass. With 1/8" plywood shim place on the top of the bottom honeycomb panel to create 1/8" space between the bottom of the drawer and the bottom of the panel. Then you fasten slide on the side of the drawer permanently by doing this you provide the best spacing between your drawers. Repeat this process to finish all the drawer installation.
