Hi Matthew,

Thank you for the interest. This is one of our Professional Specifier Projects done with exotic hardwood specie, called Massaranduba. We advise an ultra-sun filter protection coating; this particular finish; Brown Mahogany as decking brown harmonized best with the exterior finish of the house.

looks like an awful expensive deck to have exposed screw heads.the kreg deck system is a great addition if you do alot of high end decks
