My first true spiral, completely built on site. Forming of the metal rail, heated and formed in the garage.

center post is cut to fit tight to the maple knee brace and then bolted. Rail is 1/8 strips of maple that is laminated in place. Next to add is the center spindles.
Even the 5" wide hard wood floor around center post was added to the build.
