Valter, very nice work. Do you carve with chisels and knives, or with rotary tools? My guess would be you have some classical training and are working with knives and chisels.
Next question - do you do work for other makers? I work full time as a furniture designer/maker and on occasion have needed to enlist a skilled carver and have found skillful carvers hard to find!
Thanks, and again very nice work!

Good day, thanks for comment! I can carve any kind of carving, you can see in the photos what tools I use, it’s a hand carving I usually like to make all by hand. In Russia I had my own workshop, and was a teacher too. I cut things from the micro to large items. this is my work, you can see - http://lumberjocks.com/Woltan/projects. there is not all work - in Russia I didn’t have the site, I enough of orders, people came to me by ourselves. In USA we’re a year – and just started to show my work on the sites. All in my gender were painters and sculptors. I work for other makers too, if it's interesting work. Thanks for your offer – I would like to know what I need to do. And do you have the site where I can look your work?
Thank you, God bless you! Bye.

Thanks for your response! If you don't mind I will keep your contact information and will call upon you the next time I am presented with a commission that requires carving of your high caliber! Be sure to keep posting your work here and at the many other sites on the web. I am sure there are others like me who from time to time would like to work with a talented carver and the more you post your work more of us will know who we can contact. Again, great work!
