Sculpted Seat Bar Stool

This is my latest wooden bar stool design with a back supported with two stainless steel bars. The steel bars flex when leaned against. They are attached with 1/4" threaded inserts. Also, I am using a rubberized bumper molding on the foot rail for protection. The finish is of an oil-varnish-wax mixture. I thank you in advance for any comments, good or bad.

I really like this stool. I checked out your website and was very impressed. You have a very good design sense which is just as important as knowing the technical part of making the object. The cut out of the feet and the shape and grain of the back rest are simple and just right. Keep up the good work. P.S. I also get my veneer from Certainly Wood.
