Wall removal around stairwell, new custom pine and paint grade railings, newel posts, columns and bulkhead cover. Original stairs and landing were refinished to match. All components custom milled of no.1 pine, American yellow poplar as well as paint grade veneer core plywood. All components were pre-made and pre-finished at the shop prior to installation.
