Company Name: JK's WoodshopThese are boxes that I just made for my brothers for Christmas presents. I like to use multiple species of wood with simple box designs.
The lid is African padauk and bird's eye maple. The sides are teak coated in teak oil and the base is purple heart with maple feather splines. I finished it with 3 coats of varnish and rubbed it with wax.

Ummm.. I'm more than a little uncomfortable with the hinge selection on the second box.

I don't care what kind of hinge you use! The boxes look great and will be greatly admired on Christ's birth day! Kudos to you.

Jeff, These boxes are awsome! You did an excellent job! Becky has already found the perfect place for it, and things to put in it. We'll enjoy it forever.
