The Customer had a large Sugar Maple in his yard that had to come down. He had it sawn and dried, and asked us to build a Murphy Bed. We were able to use straight quartered Maple for the frames and the swirly stuff for the panels.
Beaded profile meant lots of mitered cuts that have to match up. 60 mortise and tenon joints in the whole project. All solid wood, no panel product anywhere.
