You do really nice work. Were they installed in one piece or in pieces; and how were they put up and fastened to the ceiling? I see where you put the joints on the radius parts. Looks like you made them in 4 pieces, did you do halfs and glue in field or do them all in your shop and deliver them? They look big, again nice work.

Hi Brian-Both the painted set and the oak set were built in pieces small enough to haul in a pickup truck. Every thing is held up with long timber framing screws. The radius part of both sets was made in 4 sections and put together at the job.Thanks for looking!

I use a router fastened to a long piece of wood set to the proper radius to cut a full sized template. I then use the template with a flush trim bit to make all the parts.

Very nice work. You might want to consider useing someone in your area with a CNC, will cut your labor down quiet a bit.
