This is a desk we built for a 9 year old (at the time) future Captain of Commerce.
If you look closely you will see a well-worn copy of Chordal's Letters (The Jerry Metz of 1880), as well as Taichi Ohno's Memoirs, Jim Womack's Lean Thinking & Manufacturer's Guide to Implementing the Theory of Constraints by Mark Woeppel.
All great reading material.

Nice work. Did you 'double-skin' the uprights or do books fall behind the facings? Also, would the feet tend to get knocks from the use of a chair? Regular drawers or on slides? Is a stain used to darken or is that natural. Thanks
Its a piece of art...but as far as function goes...Aren't you worried about the legs/feet getting all messed up from the chair and shoes?
Otherwise it looks GREAT.
Very nice and VERY unique. It would be nice to see it in 100 years from now to see how well aged and how much character it has taken on.
Very nice detailed desk, Do you have any close-up pictures?
Wow, I really like it. I could get stuff done at a desk like this. How much did you charge for it?
