Gaston & Wyatt LLC

Listing #1865   Listed on: 09/09/2021

Gaston & Wyatt was founded in 1979 with the goal of creating millwork that honored the timeless beauty and craftsmanship of the country’s most iconic homes. The firm soon established a national reputation and achieved such success that we were selected to do significant work on important homes and buildings around the country, including historic gems like Charlottesville's own UNESCO World Heritage site, Thomas Jefferson’s Monticello. Such prestigious commissions continue to this day in our own region as well as in New York, Palm Beach, Boston, and San Francisco in partnership with many of the country’s leading architects.

Gaston & Wyatt continued its remarkable growth as a forward-thinking company and by the late 1990s expanded into the sale of Marvin and other high-quality windows, doors, and hardware. These architectural product offerings uniquely position Gaston & Wyatt as a turnkey solution for any project.

Company Description Continued
Our award-winning firm continues to grow under a seasoned leadership team who direct operations from a 60,000 square foot facility. As we forge new customer relationships and nurture existing ones, we remain true to the distinct qualities that made Gaston & Wyatt what it is today.

Legacy
For over 40 years, our legacy has been built one client at a time by maintaining the highest ideals of craftsmanship, artistry, integrity, and loyalty. We embrace the power of teamwork in accomplishing goals by valuing the time, talents, and intentions of others. Together we can create work of unparalleled beauty and skill to satisfy even the most demanding architects and builders. Quality is our legacy.

Passion
We are masters and students, artists, and craftspeople. We love what we do and take our work seriously, always seeking more innovative and efficient ways to do things. The historical precedents of our craft teach us as much as contemporary innovations, giving us an array of knowledge to draw from to ensure that our work stays true to the intent and context of any project.

Precision
Our engineering and technological capabilities allow us to visualize each three-dimensional detail on the screen in advance of fabrication on our shop floor, essentially building projects twice. By blending time honored woodworking techniques with the latest advances in technology, we are prepared for any challenges that may arise to ensure precise results that accurately reflect even the most intricate design.

Innovation
Innovation comes from creating environments where ideas can connect. At Gaston & Wyatt, we pride ourselves on being a team of problem solvers who value the knowledge and experience of each member while counting on each other for fresh perspectives and inventive ideas. We are humble, hungry, passionate, and smart, taking every opportunity to learn and improve our business practices. Our showroom selling Marvin and other high-quality windows, doors, and hardware has uniquely positioned us as a turn-key solution for any project.

Community
At Gaston & Wyatt, outreach is fundamental to our identity. We believe in respect and service, giving back to each other and to our communities by maintaining long-standing commitments to individuals in need and nonprofit organizations locally and internationally.
