Router Jig for Radius Sanding Blocks

Listing #132   Listed on: 12/15/2014
Nothing fancy here - just a Git R Done setup to make some radius sanding blocks for shaping fretboards and dressing frets on a guitar.

I apply self-stick sandpaper (from Stewart McDonald) to the the face - the blocks make life so much easier when working on radius fretboards and dressing radius frets.

The rig is not intended for any sort of production - my
main reason for building it was to make sanding blocks
for the much more severe radius configurations I work with
on the guitars I build.

It isn't often that I see something on here that makes me take note but your router jig is so applicable in so many ways. Thank you for sharing

This is great. Any chance you have a drawing or dimensions you would be willing to share?
