Can anyone help me figure out which tool to use for wanescoating or beaded profile in PVC?

A saw type cutter will work great assuming you have a saw or molder head. Router bits will work but you will need a flat at the bottom as anything with a point in a router bit will just make a mess of things. The picture is of one of many custom cutters I have had made over the years.

We run it on a table saw.

Amana or Whiteside makes a bit that I have used before. It dosen't come to a point, but the flat area was minimal.
