We are making many of our doors but glass frames with the spline have always been a pain. Can anyone tell me a quicker, more efficient way to make the groove for the spline. As of now we make the frame and then rout the groove on a router table. The problem is squaring out the corners which is time consuming and doesn't always give the best results. I want to use the spline as it looks nice and makes changing the glass a breeze. How are you all doing it. Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

Just like I make my 5 piece doors only with a set of glass door inserts added to the stack on the shaper. I run the freeborn glass door set, love them. Hope this helps
