by Professor Gene Wengert

Q.
What temperature do I need to cook EUCALYPTUS GLOBULUS to be sliced?

A.
Cooking temperatures for North American woods are 180 degrees F or higher. Some experimentation and evaluation of cutting results is probably necessary, unless there is data in South Africa or Australia.
