I just heard that to stick veneer we can use pva tape and if it heated it will melted like a glue, but i dont know the name,or maybe someone here can tell me how to find this kind of item.

Are you referring to a film glue that you can use to adhere veneer to a core of some sort? If so there are several available, Tago is the best known but we have used others. The deal is, it is not for amateurs. You need a press that has very high pressure (min 100 psi) temp (240 + for tego) and you need to control the moisture of the wood during the process.
Tego is a resin, but others are a PVA. We have tried using them but never got reliable results (in fairness, we didn't try more than a few times).
I have been told that most of the paper backed veneers sold use a PVA film, anyone know that for sure?
As for us we are pretty happy using a liquid PVA, I think it's faster and more
reliable. Just need a good glue spreader.
If you are doing Crotch cut veneers and burls, then there is good reason to use a resin rather than PVA and for film, tego is the best film glue.
John VonBrussel can probably help you out when he logs in.....

There is a fleece tape commonly called zizu in the veneer industry. It is a non woven with a PVA glue coat on one side. It is normally used for butt jointed or finger jointed veneers. This is put on the veneer and then heated and pressed on. If you want to bond the veneer after this process it can be coated with a hot melt or polyurethane glue. The zizu backed veneer will not be able to be applied without some additional glue applied to it.

I have simply used my slitter to cut strips of veneer then laminate them to the area needed. By using a water based contact cement I avoid the de-lamination concern such as when petroleum based adhesives are used. Hand file the overage, some fine sandpaper and a stain pen finish the job.
