Anyone have a "Project Managers Handbook" that pertains to casework? I am trying to get those positions nailed down. It seems to always be the office that cant keep up with the shop and probably always will be.
If I cant find anything close I am going to try to tackle this task on my own. Any tips, tricks, or advice you think should be included?
