Glue Rotation

I am wondering if anyone knows of any device that slowly rotates glue containers so the solids stay mixed into the glue and doesn't settle to the bottom ?
I can dream can't I ?

When you say glue containers Im not sure what you mean. You could always get a bung of lid stir's for one gallon cans and give them a stir periodically with a cordless or something I guess. What glue's are you talking about that settle out or sit for so long they need to be stirred? It would seem if a glue is sitting that long you may need to look into smaller quantities so they remain fresh.

I keep 2 pizzi pressurized glue pots in the shop and buy glue (pva) in 5's most often and Ive rarely ever been concerned with stirring them even when the pails sit for a long while.

My 5 gal of Titebond 2025 separates within 2 weeks even in my Pizzi unit. Stirring the solids back in seems to just make it all lumpy. I store the 5's upside down to help get things moving when I turn it right side up. Sometimes my Pizzi has 2" of solid muck at the bottom.

Wow, odd for us. I literally never have a need to stir glue. When I fill the pizzi's I always give them a stir with a stick but you pretty much know full well they are fine when the lid comes off and the suction end is perfectly fine. I cant honestly say Ive ever had an issue with the fives as the lid only comes off when they are empty and we're scraping down the pail to get the last of it out.

Ive never had much trouble with PVA separating and not a massive user. I run Original when I cant get Super. Lasts several months.

1 RPM motor to spin the jug. Just make a holder that spins on a bearing and a wheel to contact the holder.
