If you can't come up with them try having them made by a place that does small batch casting. Brass might be a better choice.
These are Acme, Lull, and Porter Hinges. Here is a link to a close set that has steeple finials which may be too Victorian.

Lull & Porter Acme Hinges, according to the Timberlane Hardware Catalog. I did not check the sizing, but the look is the same.
Timberlane will the most expensive place to buy these. If you beg, you might get 5% off.
