Are there any shops out there that use Innergy? We were pretty impressed with the demo that we saw at the IWFS in Vegas. We had them do 2 onsite demos as well (One with myself and Director of Operations, the other with our Project Management team). I am leaning toward pulling the trigger but would really like the feedback of other shops who are using it.

We began implementing INNERGY last year around August and it took about 6-8 months to fully get it in place. I can honestly say that without it, I don't think we would still be around. We didn't have a system prior to that so onboarding was probably easier for us in some ways. A few of the notable major changes we were able to achieve are:
- Going completely paperless on our shop floor except for part and final product labels.
- Being able to see the lifecycle of projects as they go through each step and identify bottlenecks earlier.
- Knowing what has been purchased and what is left to be able to complete a work order.
- Planning shop floor production 6 weeks out instead of "what is most important today". (This really increased our capacity without hiring more staff.)
- Having one place to go to get answers and store everything related to a project.

We were almost 100% residential when we started using INNERGY and have since transitioned to almost 100% commercial now and on that note, it does work a lot better, out-of-the-box, for commercial. That is not to say it did not work for us on the residential side, it just took a little more work to set up.

Beyond all of that, the most important part thing to note is the community you become a part of as a customer. The relationship I have made with the staff there, and resources available for not just the software, but in running a casework/millwork company are invaluable. You will not find another software company, or staff, as invested in the success of their customers.

I've found Innergy to be an excellent software that consistently evolves and enhances its tools for customers. While it boasts a wide array of capabilities, there might be a bit of a learning curve at the start. Once you get the hang of it, though, implementing its features becomes much smoother.
