Wall filler size

I don't build a lot of kitchens so I'm wondering, what is a good filler size? I'm using some vauth segal vsa pantry units where the baskets pull out as you open the door. Even for a regular door....1.25-1.5" filler with a 1.25 standard projection pull or knob would hit the wall even with a 86degree retractor clip if you're not mindful. Is a 2" filler better or is there something I don't understand? Maybe there is a 70 degree restrict or clip? I'm using Blum insertas exclusively. Grass hinges sometimes close too slowly or quickly, salice is trial and error using one soft close and one regular depending on weight of door (too much time fiddling)....opinions, advice?

Ok dudes. What gives? If the standard size for a wall filler/scribe is 1.25-1.5". ( I'm guessing industry standard) with an 86 degree restrictor clip and a 1.25" pull projection...is it enough to not dent the Sheetrock for a non mindful person? Haven't done a test, but I just may to report back what the industry standard SHOULD be.
