Tambour Door Lock- Looking for Ideas

I am currently building a cabinet (85"t x 48"w x 20"d) with two mid rails creating 3 face openings. In each opening I am going to be installing a tambour door set from Hafele (Box Milano). The tambour slats ride inside of a metal surface mount channel on the left and right. I need some way to lock the tambour door as they will be used in a bar to house liquor. I am thinking of a "pin" style lock that can be mounted through the side of the cabinet that when pushed in would obstruct the pathway of the door but could be released with a key. However, I cannot find anything like this from any of my suppliers. Does anyone know where I could find hardware that would do this?
I'm open to other ideas on how to lock these so if you have an idea I'd love to hear it.

One would often use a "Hafele Roller Shutter Rim Lock" #232.30.620, but I am not sure you have the leader strip at the bottom of the aluminum tambour in which to mount it.

I am using the leader but this lock wouldn't fit on it- at least I'm not clear on how that would happen. See attched profile of the leader.
