Best way to produce narrow frame door

My client likes this narrow frame door and I'm looking for ideas for the best way to produce it. The main issue is that the narrow frame doesn't allow for drilling of our standard European hinges (Blum Clip Top type).
Should we use a thicker door? No-bore hinges? (Anyone have any experience with these? We've never used them. Client would want soft-close).
And how to build the door itself? Ideally the client would like a bevel on the inside profile. Would a one-piece CNC'd door be the best bet? Another idea was to put a 90 degree corner moulding on a 3/4" slab door.
Any ideas much appreciated!

I would personally machine that door as a 1 piece mdf door on our cnc machine. You could do a square or beveled inside profile.

I'd add a mitered molding around MDF.

Whichever way you build it you should be able to use cup hinges as long as the center panel is at least 5/8 thick. May require hinges for thick doors depending on the frame projection
