Stiles Machinery is the distributor for Brandt. You can call them they are in Grand Rapids Michigan. They can give you a history of the machine when it was bought who bought it and if there's been any service. They are a good company but they will want to charge you for tech-support.
But you will need to learn the machine. You or someone working with you is going to have to learn how this machine operates. This machine has manual sensors these are relays that trigger the actions of the cutters and routers. You need to learn how these work. If your cuffs are off, you may have to move these relays by loosening them and sliding them one way or another.
Another important issue is track tension. If the track tension is not set correctly, your cuts can be off because the board is slipping.
To work on these adjustments, you will need to disable the Safty Shutoff attached to the hood. This is okay for service. Learn about the machine and if possible have one person responsible for the machine. This person does not necessarily have to run it all the time. More like the guy to go to if the parts are not coming out right.
This is a light machine and has limitations. You really cannot do 3mmedging or 3mm wood.
I hope this helps. Edgebanders can be frustrating.
