Full Overlay Door Sizing

So, I knocked out the soffit above my existing cabinets and am looking to replace the doors with full overlay style. My plan was to go with a 1/4" reveal all around and between cabinets (aside from back to back butting doors which seem to need 1/2" to function)

Where I am running into an issue is that some of the cabinets were built sharing a center rail. In other words some boxes don't have an edge to the face frame and it's shared with the neighboring cabinet. So I added a 1" strip to give the new cabinet door somewhere to mount to (see picture). The other issue is that some cabinets would need to have differing overlays to get the 1/4" reveal.

For the 'above the fridge' example I'm noticing that In order to keep the 1/4" reveal on the edge, and have the doors both meet evenly on the center stile with a 1/4" gap, I would need to have two different width doors left and right. The overlay on the left would be 1-1/2" (to cover the 1-3/4" face frame) and the overlay on the right would be 3/4" (to cover the 1" strip). Add to this, the right door has a smaller opening due to the added strip.

The left door would be 19" wide and the right would be 17 1/4" wide. What are everyone's thoughts on this, would this be noticeable? Is there are better way to deal with this? If I make the doors evenly sized I end up with a 1" reveal on the end of the cabinet which wasn't the look I was going for.

Another less extreme example is in the corner where the two cabinets meet. To get 1/4" reveal for the left door I need 1-1/2" overlay (to cover the 1-3/4" face frame) and on the right it needs to be 3/4" to not interfere with the cabinet on the adjoining wall. In this case the left door would be 15-9/16" wide and the right would be 14-13/16" wide. Would a 3/4" difference from left to right be noticeable to the naked eye? Again, if I make the doors even widths I would end up with a 1" reveal between the cabinets which would look off with a 1/4" reveal in most other places.

Open to thoughts or suggestions!
