If you are going to work within the 32mm system throw out the inches and go directly to metric. Really, it's much easier. All end panels are an even module of 32mm. Drawer fronts and doors are also an even module of 32mm less 3mm for clearance. ( 1 1/2 top, 1 1/2 bottom) The first hole starts 48mm from the bottom and ends 48mm from the top. This results in 1 1/2mm gap at the top and bottom of your drawer stack, or door.
Once you have that you can make changes if necessary. I slide my bottom hole to 46 1/2mm making the top hole 49 1/2mm. This gives me a 3mm gap at the top of the door/drawer front and flush at the bottom of the cabinet.
Having that, you can farther make changes if you are drilling with CNC. My standard 3 drawer stack is 160,304,304 (3mm less for clearance). I simple move the drawer guide in the middle 16mm making both drawer fronts the same size. My door hinges are the same distance from each end, 94 1/2mm. I only drill the holes I need.
Metric may be confusing for you (I think it's easier) however if this system had been invented in the US and called the 1" system it might be easier to understand. Make all you cabinets an even number of inches and figure out your drawer fronts from there then subtract 1/8" for clearance. You need to deal with fractions but nothing finer than 1/8". It's only as difficult as you want to make it. Keep it simple.
