The majority of what we produce is frameles cabinets with applied panels. We are finishing vertical on the Guffey system. We typically have 5 to 10 jobs being produced at a time. Like everyone, we are tight on space. We continue to add on buildings and additional space as fast as we can afford it. We produce hundreds of HDF shaker doors on 2 Thermwood CNC routers. We are useing Ecabinets to produce the cabinet boxes and the doors. At the moment we put the customer ID IN THE Hing cup and them cover it with tape. On drawer fronts we put the identification on the back and cover that with tape. On our drawer boxes we put a label on the bottom ( works good) as we are sanding and painting doors it is easy to get parts mixed up. We also have plenty of trim and odd components to keep track of. Plenty of space would help all of this out. We are trying to figure out a system that will help us grow to produce 1 full finished kitchen every day. We are trying to move in a lean direction. We also produce our own stone countertops. You can check us out on YouTube under All Kitchens Amazing. We are running 2 automated saw stops for length cutting. We have. A table saw with tiger fence on it. We run 4 x8 and a 5 x 10 Thermwood CNC. We are moveing to spraying 2k urathane. We plan to start doing cabinet installation videos this sumer. We typically have around 20 people working. My family works with me day and night. We are ready to get serious about getting the cabinet side of the business organized and running like our countertop side of things.
