grooved/coved/beaded panels

Has anyone found a company that makes a panel that has grooves or coves etc?
We keep getting requests for this. I know there are shiplap type products that you can sue to a panel but what a hassle and also an unbalanced panel. I recently found this panel but its only available in Germany

If prefinished panels are not required then why not just have them produced on a CNC? Straightforward to do with the correct aggregate head and/or router bits alone.

Thank you. Art for everyday panels are solid glue ups that are then cut on a CNC.
That would t make for a very stable door.
The hunt goes on.
I thought I posted my answer for my not wanting to make them. The main concern I have is I dont know how that would work. Gluing 1/8" - 1/4" solid wood to both sides of a panel in an attempt to balance the panel but then removing material from only one side of the panel (grooves or coves) and hoping the panel stays flat seems a doomed idea.
Seems like the wood would also crack cuz it can't move ...the list of problems go on. I wonder if there is a solve for this at all. Thanks for the input guys
