Blum Movento with Tip-on issue

This is the second time we have used the movento slide with tip on.
Once with Legrabox and once with wooden drawers.
Both times 1 or 2 drawers out of 6 or 8, make "clicking" sound when pushed to release drawer.
- drawer box is square
- opening within -1/32" at front and back
- synchro rod installed same as others
This is the middle drawer..the one above and below work just fine. I was stumped then and am stumped now...I thought Legrabox was just finicky.

Have you tried adjusting it forward or back with the adjustment knob on the tip out mech? Do you have the blum part that sets the depth location? it indexes of the face of the box. I have found the clicking can be stopped this way.

Yes, I have the depth gauge and set it right. Wondering why there is adjustment for the tip on if you can't adjust it in or out to flush out doors and fronts though.

I have the same problem. Also when I use inset drawers they are flush before the tip-on is added, but most stick out a few mm after the tip-on is added. Any help is greatly appreciated.
